Guided Breathwork — 60 Minutes
Take a sacred pause and reconnect with your breath in this gentle, guided breathwork session at Greenwood Baths. Over the course of an hour, you’ll be guided through intentional breathing patterns designed to calm the mind, melt away tension, and support your nervous system in returning to a state of ease.
Breathwork helps shift the body out of stress mode and into deep relaxation — slowing the heart rate, softening the breath, and signalling safety to the mind and body. Many guests experience a quieting of mental chatter, emotional release, increased clarity, and a grounded sense of peace.
No experience is necessary. You’ll be fully supported in a safe, nurturing environment as you soften into stillness, reconnect with yourself, and allow your body to reset.
